Approach to Safety
TCCI is dedicated to providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees and customers while protecting the public and preserving property and assets. Our Health & Safety Program is designed to encourage all employees to promote safety, maintain a proactive safety culture, and to prevent accidents and injuries. We believe that accidents are preventable and that safety is everybody's responsibility.
The field culture we promote teaches employees to:
- Respect safety requirements
- Respect fellow co-workers, company personnel, inspectors, and the public
- Recognize and help initiate improved safe behaviors
TCCI supports the interests for our customers and always prioritize safety above production. We believe in continuous improvement and maintain ongoing efforts to improve our safety culture with programs such as lessons learned from near misses, pre-job planning meetings, weekly conference calls, and post-job reviews. Our comprehensive safety training program contains classroom-based courses, hands-on courses, and on the job learning.

Drug & Alcohol Testing
TCCI is registered with Pipeline Testing Consortium with mandatory DOT & Client-Required drug testing. We are audited for compliance by the National Compliance Management Service and have certified in-house staff to conduct drug & alcohol testing.
